Nice car! S2's are great
Stop cranking that engine. Replace the belts before you touch that ignition again. When those belts break, you will be doing head work. Not if, but when.
You may also want to inspect the chain tensioner guides.
I can't say I really ever saw much Tach bounce on my S2 at startup.
