I have an SC with SSI's and M&K GT3 (2 in, 2 out) exhaust. There is some slight drone from around 2,400 to 2,700 rpm but it is not horrible IMHO, but once the engine is above that it sound glorious, again IMHO. I don't have any audio/video of my setup with a mic setup at the rear of the car, but I do have in car GoPro video (not currently published). So if this is what you're interested in, let me know and I can post a short video.
