I tried last month to repair my sagging spoiler with heat....

It only partially worked. If it is really damaged I would try Marine Tex. You can get it at marine supply stores and it is a very very strong bondo like material. I have used it with great success on sportbike fairing attachment holes. The stuff if bombproof but sandable.
