7 ET23.3 will rub on full compression a couple of inches above the lip, so ET that moves the wheel in a few mm is what is needed.
The other tires are short enough to not be a problem
lastly watch the f/r tire height, you really want to keep them relatively close to being the same

Ah! good point on the 215 not working in the rear... I'm tempted to go back with what the car has, the 206 60, but choices for a decent, period correct tire are a challenge..
