also '73 - '75 RS spec was 6 & & x15 185/70 and 215/60, widest wheel specs for these sizes is 6 & 7.5", Though the factory did offer them on 7 & 8 in '75 & 76

Mr. Merk, the issue will be that the RS/Carrera has wider rear flares, the narrow body is, well, narrow. Would have been easier if it was a Carrera flare car..
