In all fairness, the neighbor might not really care about a dog. Seems many are tolerant of things that others are not. It could be that if you play holiday music too loud that will be a trigger. Anything so watch for the signs.

My neighbor across the street plays outdoor music this time of year. Since it's a lot of Vince Guaraldi Charlie Brown I don't mind so much. But honestly, what kind of nerve to play outdoor music every night? If that gets her off, fine. Play it inside.
