Just seeing this thread. I was doing a full restoration on a 914-6 about 4 years ago and had chosen Paul Abbott due to a friends strong referral. However, Paul was buried under a long list of projects and would've taken way too long. Understood.

I then found and contacted Eurometrix (also recommended above) who did an absolutely fantastic job. All parts that were worn were measured, replaced, recalibrated. The carbs came back looking beautiful also.
