1989Art911: If you're still here, what did you learn about removing your '89 Silver Anniversary Edition console? I am the original owner of mine, just had the shift bushing go today, after 35 years and 95K miles. I'm getting ready to dig into it, but not sure how it differs from standard G50 consoles. Thanks.
