Unfortunately, the automotive business is not like the aerospace industry. None of the gasket manufacturers that I am aware of supplies a BOM with their sets. Parts frequently arrive, without any markings or part numbers and technical information and updates can be inaccurate.
That is the way it is, if you have a complaint, I would write to ALL of the vehicle and parts manufacturers around the world as they are the guilty parties. Pelican and other resellers are not likely to include BOMs with gasket sets for the simple reasons that it would take too long and be too expensive. You may also notice that a lot of resellers have stickers stating that "Cannot be returned if opened". Therefore, no dealer is going to open a set to check it and then not be able to return it if the customer declines the part. We too, deal with the major wholesalers and returns are a fact of life.
