There was recently a case in MN where a young MD was killed on a morning jog by a Tesla supposedly on self-driving mode. Actually was a hit and run but when the guy got caught, he claimed that the car was driving itself while he was checking emails and that he did not know that he hit someone.
Total BS story from the sound of it and of course, Teslas have data loggers that can prove or disprove his story...at least the self-driving claim.
