rs6er: There's a lot of corrosion on the pulley face, in addition to the fan blades. You should sand that off so the fan belt has a smooth surface. I note your location is Bend, OR, which is high desert, but it looks like it spent a fair amount of time in an area that salts the roads in the winter.
