If the needle brgs are in the bell housing bores and the TOB fork has bushings than you have the updated parts. As far as resurfacing the New flywheel I have had 100’s of G50 flywheels resurfaced over the past 35+ years and never had any problems as long as you use a spring center disc and not the original style rubber hub disc.
Also in in general hydraulic clutches have a higher engagement point that only gets higher as the disc wears.
