What kind of cheesy azz zipline is that? Something that someone installed but no one really owns or maintains? I've done zipline activities a couple of times. They are always maintained (no way for a stray cable to be hanging out in the middle, but (in my eyes) more importantly, there's always a pulley (not just a carabiner rubbing against a cable

) and double lines with a pulley on each.
And the fact that the dude kept putting his hand near the cable out in front of himself seemed CRAZY. That seems like a good way to lose a hand!
The only (crappy) reason that I can see for that video is - there was a known issue (the tangled cable) and the carabiner was used because it was slower than a pulley (don't want too much speed if you know there's an obstruction), and he's the maintenance staff that had to fix the problem.
Still, not just no, but hell no.
Here's one that's also messed up.
