I have had a speed handle like that for decades and never use it. We used to use them a lot when I worked on aircraft (on the flightline). I think electric/power tools have largely replaced them except here they are not allowed (spark hazard).
Why do folks buy from Snap-On trucks unless they need a tool immediately? I can find everything I need new on EBay for about half the price.
