Bottas was 2nd in a line of three cars heading down the front stretch . To me it didn't look like he had a run on the car in front of him . But he pulled out and quite wide and hit the mirror . I thought that was a really odd sequence of events . Williams must be over the cost cap with their 16th wreck of the season
