I've just looked it up too. My take on it is much different to how it should be, but...
In a large pitcher
Pour in half a bottle of good dark rum
Most of a bottle of pinot noir or another light red wine- again a nice one.
About the same quantity as the wine, add a fruit juice. I tend to use pineapple juice, but anything you like.
Then top it up with Sprite lemonade, or another one.
Chop up fruit and add some ice (not too much).
It's a bit of a sneaky drink. You feel that you are drinking something healthy and the more you drink the healthier you'll be - right. Until you come to stand up.
