Not sure I'm understanding the above. Are you saying that deglazing removed the vertical marks but after you ran the Goetze rings and 15000 miles, the vertical scraping appeared again?
Or did you mean even with the deglazing, the vertical scraping was present before you put the Goetze rings in and did the 15000 miles...
I'm thinking it was the latter?
