1 1/2 ton Ford? Those look like 9" housings, but maybe it's some sort of military style Rockwell axle? Probably not though, because the rear axle doesn't look H/D enough to need Rockwells.
The running boards are a clue. I'll go ahead and say Ford spud truck or something like that.
^ It's no truck for old men, though.
