So our Great Pyrenees, Pete, went for a check up today. All is good but we were curious about his weight. According to all sources, they are typically 95-150 pounds! He is considerably smaller than that and weighed in at 69 pounds. We think he's about 1-1/2 years old so maybe there's some time for a bit more growth (we hope not!). My theory is that his weight/size was stunted by his ordeal of being in the wild for so long and becoming emaciated.
He lives the life now ....
