Please help me create a tranny rebuild list.

I need to create a list of things I will need when rebuilding my transmission. I am assuming that 1st and 2nd syncros are toast, but the gears are in good shape. Also, I am assuming the shift fork is toast for 1-2. I am assuming 3-5 and reverse are ok, and will not need anything. If 3-5 need attention, I will address that after I open it up. I don't know if I got everything i need in here or not, so please tell me if you think I should add something.
