Richard, the lone Ruf distributor in N. America is
Weissach in Vancouver, BC . They do not list a price on their website for any of the Ruf items; probably because of the constant fluctuation of the three different currencies they deal with.
Warning...they are heavy wheels. I never weighed them (i bought them with tires already mounted), but i am sure the rears are 30 lbs.
one other wheel that is very similar to the Ruf is the Kahn RSR wheel. they are lighter and less expensive. but 9.5" is the width of the rear.
I see that Stuttgart Perf. just down the road from you has them on their website.

i think the Carrera lightweights would look great on your cab; i'm sure that the Ruf wheels would be alright too.....i'll try to do a Photoshop install later tonight.
