What else can be possible to check?? Is it possible that i have clogged ducts somewhere?

My bet is the blower motor is worn out. See if the fan wobbles. Of course when it’s not powered up. My airflow (1983 SC) from the engine cooling fan/alternator is huge, which is the supply to the auxiliary fan. Should be able to blow the leaves off the lawn.
With the engine idling, the aux fan running, and the air control boxes under the car open, triangle windows open, you should have a lot of air coming out of the little windows. You might peel back the carpet below the “A” pillar and see if you have air flow with the duct disconnected from the body. I have never heard of the ducts being plugged, but who knows what can happen over the decades.
