Would 915 Clutch set work in '71 901

Hi,
we have a '71 911T 2.2L with a matching 901 trans and was looking to use the 915 Clutch, Pressure Plate and Release Bearing on our 901 Flywheel. The 901 Clutch kit is more than double in price and the Release Bearing (901) is as much as the 901 kit which is not only staggering but all these together with duties, taxes, tariffs and poor $ exchange makes it impossible to buy.
We are hoping that someone in the community will have done this conversion and could advise us.
