Yesterday, I tried to buy a couple scratch offs from my local Meijer. She ripped off a couple and I inserted my CC....machine wouldn't accept it.
Gal told me that credit cards won't work for Lotto....has to be cash or debit card.
Strange rule. I walked out with no purchase...I've never owned a debit card and rarely carry cash.
I guess it was meant to be.
