I was recently driving down the freeway in the fast lane when the car in front me slammed on it's brakes and came to a complete stop, in order to take the exit. Just like in the video. Somehow I stopped in time and no one hit me. Then she exited when it was clear. It could have been very bad. How do these people get a driver's license?
