Yikes. That's why cyber-security is so important, especially for companies. Anything involved with money, healthcare, and govt (courts, law enforcement, etc...) should be VERY well protected. I suspect the 2 biggest problems are that servers/software don't get patched and hardened like they should and users are idiots. I suspect that most of the time the first foothold is due to some moron clicking on a link or file in a bogus email.
