All of the models in this video pumped up a truck tire from 0psi to 35psi with battery left over. THis is a 12V Milwaukee, 18V Ryobi, 18V Dewalt, and 18V Ryobi compressor.
No idea about the cheap not name brand rechargeable stuff from Amazon, but my guess would be "probably".
