I PM'd a seller, and posted in his for sale listing that I reached out to him via PM. I got an email from a Willaim Josh at
wj1223p@gmail.com. Yes, first name seemingly misspelled. He said he was responding to my PM. I never gave my email on his listing. Seems fake. I'll retract if he turns out to be legit.
