Sorry for the late reply.
I thought about having them rebushed and use them in an SC motor, just because I have them and the cool factor of having GT3 parts inside. Nothing crazy, just a 3.1 or 3.2 with cams and Carrera 3.o CIS that I have laying around.
But those big ends are what are holding me back.
Probably a stupid question, but can the big ends be machined oversize?
Or should I just get a set of Pauter or Carillo rods and call it a day?
