This is all about stuff I have on the shelf which I'm trying to recycle as econoimically as possible..
And I would not dream of grinding good S, or for that matter E or solex cams!
I do have quite a few of these which are slightly damaged.. not enough to need welding, but needing a resurface.
Is the improved S grind possible on the E core?
And I assume the Carrera 906 is the hottest we can put onto the S cores without a weld..?
Sure I know 'bout the piston requirements.. tho' I have done it , just once, I would say that the T piston needs careful timing deckheighting etc if the E cam is to be used..interesting to learn someone else has actual;ly tried it too!
