I posted this on the parts page by mistake..this board is probably more appropriate.......
You folks on the west coast don't know how lucky you are when it comes to finding knowledgable type v repair shops ! I have been unable to locate any machinist in the Memphis area that has even the slightest bit of experience with aircooled VW cases or heads. Can anybody reccomend a good machine shop within 300 miles of Memphis? Like Saint Louis , Nashville , Jackson, Little Rock.
Any help will be appreciated.
