Almost back on the road - 72 ST-clone (pics)

After almost 2 years of not driving her, "Gretchen" is nearly complete. She's been undergoing a rebuild after a bad crash at Mosport two years ago and has taken a looooong time to get through the straightening and body process.

Aside from wiring the 911R front and rear lights (thanks to Dave at TRE and Pelican) and powertrain installation, she's nearly done. Didn't have the time to get the front 911R lights painted yet. I picked them up from TRE while on a business trip to LA. What a cool place! It was Porsche hotrod heaven for me.

At the moment, I've got the track decklid on and am building a matching splitter for the front. She'll be running a flat decklid for the street.

The body is F/G with the exception of the rockers and roof. The guy that did the bodywork was a real perfectionist. It took a long time but the results were worth it.

The power is from a 3.6 with a re-geared 915 w/LSD.
