I set up a control system in Shreveport, LA a few years back and the electrician I had was completely incoherent - very nice guy and knew his stuff but it took for freaking EVER. I have trouble understanding Newfoundlanders sometimes too but thats usually because they talk so damn fast. Girls with French accents can say whatever they want though, it's so hot! When I lived in Dallas everyone thought I talked funny.. oh well.
