I'm thinking about the same and already bought the calipers and rear rotor.
However my car is also for street use and want to retain e-brake so I'll opt for 309*28 mm 930 rear rotor and widen up the rear caliper.
Standard 996 (318*28) front rotor can be installed if you mill a few mm of the outer edge of the hub and install rotor on wheel side of the hub.
