Andy,
Do a search on the O2 (oxygen) sensor.
Check your control pressures, thermotime switch and cold start injector.
Make sure your distributor is tightened down.
Check those things I mentioned in previous post.
I always check the cheap, easy things, like wires, connections, fuses, vacuum lines, etc first.
Try richening the mixture a little, about 1/8 turn. Then turn your idle speed back up. See if that helps. It could be your WUR.
How old is your fuel and fuel filter?
