I'm sure it would. It passed all NV emissions with flying colors just in March. We have that smog crap here because of Tahoe. -Not that it's bad cause I want clean environent, too.

fitted car cover (on right now...it's clean, garaged)
the work on belts and wheel bearing was done 1k or LESS miles ago, I mean just within the last couple months!
