I can fill a large soda bottle in a few seconds with gas. If I get it going it will run real rough at 3000 rpm and up but come down on rpms and back fire and stalling . I am a pretty good mechanic and this drives me crazy. Do you think the ecm is bad ? I put a rebuilt in about a month ago when I bouhgt the car. The old owner gave me a estimate from his previous mechanic saying it was bad.It also has been sitting for four years.
