2. WTC the first time: Clinton with international cooperation put these guys behind bars.
3. USS Cole: By the time the CIA and FBI came to a concensus that Al Quedia was behind it, the Bush gang decided to ignor it, or as Condi Rice said at the 9/11 hearing they did not want to get involved in a "tit for tat". See the Bill Moyers "NOW" program for more infomation.
