Hi,
I am moving to the bay area in the next month. I'm wondering if I will need to add any equipment to my 69 porsche to pass emissions? I am currently using K&N filters(heard these were illegal?) and weber carbs, otherwise things are stock. I will be getting a new muffler too, but may opt for something other than stock. Not sure if a performance muffler will complicate things.
