Oil tank flushing?
I have a ca78S that has been setting for sometime. When I removed the oil drain plug from the oil tank, it was cover in muck.
Oil had been drained from tank car and just a small residual amt remained.
I was wondering if I could give it a quick cleaning, if so How?
