Assuming you have the transaxle out, the seal isn't too hard to replace. Remove the clutch fork (hex screw at pivot ball) and remove the fork and throwout bearing. Then remove the two nuts holding the throwout bearing guide tube (whatever it's called) then you can get to the seal to pry it out. Careful you don't damage the lip of the new seal when you put it in. There's probably a tech article on this someplace. Good time to check/replace other parts in there while you're at it (like pivot ball and bushing, etc.). Good luck.
