Great read. Not to mention perfect timing, for me anyways. No pun intended.
I think there is a mistake on the first post.
Calc. for peak HP at engine speed = (overlap *66.62) (+?) 9083? One of the two versions has a sign change. This version "does not compute"
Could you include a description of how to find the deg. of overlap off the cam timing diagram? Is it just the area under the curve where In and Ex overlap?
