Blair might "talk" toward, or negotiate for hostage release
Tony Blair hinted today that he might "talk" to kidnappers of countryman Kenneth Bigley if they contact the British government.

Meanwhile, Italy has denied paying for the release of the two female Italian hostages.

At least Britain took a stand that said they don't negotiate with hostage takers.
