For an inexpensive solution: I purchased a $10 electric windshield washer pump at Pep Boys, mounted it near the brake fluid reservoir in the front trunk, and ran wiring to a dash-mounted "momentary contact" switch I purchased at Radio Shack. Unless your car came with all options, there should be some 1/2" holes already drilled thru the dash under the black waffle-pattern vinyl. They are for optional switches (i.e., fog light switch and rear-window defogger). I used an inline fuse and found a vacant connector on my fuse panel. Viola!
