That's what it is. It's easy to replace w/ flexible lines w/ the engine in the car.. There are quite a few threads on replacing the semi rigid nylon lines as a DIY project. I am planning on doing this line that way eventually to match the rest of the fuel lines.. In the mean time I am using a 300 psi rated flexible line that Wurth makes c/w hose clamps and it is doing fine. You can get the crush washers @ the dealer.

What type of line do you have? Are you sure the line is cracked, or is is just an outer cover?
