Fred Flintstone? A cartoon character?
I think the saving grace about any of this is no one has taken Britain seriously since, oh, the 19th century, maybe even the early 20th century.
BTW: they have their own problems. For one, the Queen's English in the country is rapidly being displaced by various dialects of Arabic.
