I bought a 66 911 in parts($3200) no rust basicly painted and needed put back together 90k miles on the clock it is SWEET!! now, and I would not sell it for under 10k, But it does have a lot of extras on it (deep 6's, H1's, roll bar, LSD,) but rust Is a BIG! thing I bought a 68 911 verry rusty (not fixable) $1200 but it had webbers,fuchs, and a Great running engine that Is in my 66 right now, I sawed the rest up and hung a lot of parts on the wall I have gone thru a couple of 912's also at the $500 to$700 range but rust was also a factor in those cars
