I switched to mobile 1 the first time i changed my oil. I saw the same results you did, however the only one I can prove is the temperature reduction. It definately runs cooler, almost never gets out of the white section. I have been using it for 2 years and havent noticed any leaks, only goes through a quart or so every 3000 miles.
