Probably. Key is to find out why. If it was minor damage or just fading paint and it's a quality repaint I wouldn't run from it. On "pimp my ride" or one of those shows, they took a brand new, undamaged BMW X5 and did all kinds of body and paint work on it. My SC was entirely repainted when turbo flares were added. So a repaint does not necessarly mean a wreck.
