Cool, thanks for those explanations. It does indeed have carbs. According to the PO, it's not a RoW - it was originally sold in Germany then brought to Canada a number of years ago by the original owner, from whom he bought it. No documentation to verify any of this, however. (The guages are in German and in km's, so that at least meshes with the story. "Druck" threw me for a loop, and took a minute to figure out what the hell it was :-) )
